success, with Executive Head Chef Mark McKenzie creating some sumptuous 5-course tasting menus in association with our partner brands.
We’re extending these dining experiences into 2017 with a different event each month.

A Seafood Tasting Menu
Cumbrae oyster, deconstructed bloody Mary sauce
Pan seared Isle of Barra scallops, cauliflower purée, pickled raisins, walnuts, curried apple crisps
Red snapper, mango salsa, Tarbert crab & squid ink doughnut
Scottish Isle of Ghia lobster, sweet potato gnocchi with kale, sage & balsamic brown butter, béarnaise sauce
Lime and coconut panna cotta, mini lemon meringues, passion fruit coulis, raspberry sorbet
£35 per person.
