The new Tron Tasting Series has proven to be a huge
success, with Executive Head Chef Mark McKenzie creating some sumptuous 5-course tasting menus in association with our partner brands.
We’re extending these dining experiences into 2017 with a different event each month.
Vegetarian tasting menu (Fri 7 April, 8pm)
Squash velouté with chipotle lime roasted seeds & apple.

Goats cheese and pistachio roulade, scorched cucumber, turmeric crouton, pear & red grape chutney.

Handmade wild mushrooms & leek ravioli, sautéed spinach, white truffle an chives sauce.

Vegetarian haggis, bubble and squeak, Arran mustard and glayva cream, crispy shredded leeks.

Blood orange posset, chocolate shavings, mini shortbreads.

£20 food only / £30 with drink flight (beer and spirits flights available on request).
